I finally got a chance to re-do my entire website, as far as the format goes. There is no ugly table on the left-hand side now. Instead, there is a pretty navigation bar on the top. I also decided to use the KISS (keep it short & simple) principle. I still have to update the information, but that will come sometime soon. Check out my new amazing website! :)
Freedom. There is nothing like it. As we returned from a birthday dinner, I was just sitting in the car, wishing that every week, I could just have one night off. It would make such a big difference, and it would really help to cope with all of the workload and stress too. After all, everybody needs a break sometimes. I managed my time pretty well this semester, and I did occasionally get that good night’s sleep.
Why is it that every time I have a PSYC test I post? It’s the weirdest thing! It must be just lack of motivation for studying for that class, since I am doing pretty well in there. Nevertheless, I am going to start a hardcore study session sometime really soon. I have to get up at 8AM to proctor a final anyway, though… it looks like I’ll have a nice 3-hour nap before the PSYC final.
Every year, the Women@CC (with help from Minorities@CC, CoC FAB, and CoC SAB) put on a fall festival, to celebrate all of the fall activities. It usually takes place around Halloween time. This year’s event will have free food, music, games, and tons of fun. Plus, there is a COSTUME CONTEST too. Don’t forget to come tomorrow and get your boo on! :)
I should be studying for a PSYC test that I have tomorrow afternoon, but instead, here I am writing in my blog that I have not updated in ages. Barcelona changed me in ways that I never imagined, but it was the best experience of my life. I definitely feel like I have grown so much. Moreover, I felt like I was losing my optimism (in everything), but after going to Barcelona and coming back, I feel it all coming back.
It took almost 8 months, but I finally launched my very own website! Although it needs a lot of work, all of the necessary information is now listed there. Moreover, it corresponds to my resume, so it is really easy to find information. There will be more work to come soon on this.
I love being Telugu, and I just thought this is really funny! :) You know you are Telugu if… 1) Someone in your family’s name is Srinivas. 2) You refer to a Tollywood actor as “mega star”. 3) Your grandparent reads Eenadu every morning while blasting the supra batham and drinking chai. 4) Your mom calls your father “yemandi.” 5) The only channels that are on at your house are Teja, Gemini, and ETV.
Austin worked on the website a little bit, and after a while, since I got Dreamweaver, I decided to throw together a website. It is at the following site: http://stf.team360.us Hopefully, the program will start again once we are all back at school in the fall… only a few more days!
It is over. I cannot believe how *FAST* the whole summer flew by. Going abroad is an experience that I have been looking forward to for years and years, and now, in just a second of time, or seemingly so, it is all over! So much changed, especially over the last month or so. After 11 weeks abroad, my views on so many different things have changed. I never thought I could adapt to the food, either, and I got along just fine, and I am back, as healthy as ever.
